Cageside Club FAQ
Hey Guys! I wanted to take a second out and let everyone know that we are updating the Cageside Club. My goal is to make this VIP club much more streamlined and efficient for those of you who want to participate in it. For those of you that are ALREADY in the Cageside Club and have reserved your number....don’t worry, nothing will change for you (except the payment terms).
For those of you who are interested in joining the Cageside Club, but you have questions, hopefully these FAQ’s are helpful. Please let me know if you have any questions, and I’ll do my best to get back to you as soon as I can.
CAGESIDE CLUB FAQ’s
1. What is the VIP Cageside Club?
The Cageside Club is a free service that we provide to ensure that you not only get your autographed MMA Bobblehead first, but that you also get an opportunity to “reserve” the same number each and every time. We offer numbers 20-100. If your favorite number 25, then every time we release a new MMA Bobblehead, you will receive an autographed numbered 25. If you are in the Cageside Club, YOU MUST PURCHASE EVERY AUTOGRAPHED BOBBLEHEAD THAT IS RELEASED. If you do not make a purchase, you will lose you number. If you made any pre-order, and do not fulfill your obligation for the next purchase, you WILL BE REFUNDED in order for someone else to have the opportunity for that number.
2. What do I have to do?
Just let me know what number that you’d like. We ask that in order to be in the Club, and reserve your number every time, that you make the commitment to purchase all the MMA autographed Bobbleheads that come out. We are going to take your payment information, and when the time comes, we will let you know that we are going to be charging you for the next autographed bobblehead.
3. What if I don’t like the next fighter, and I do not want to purchase it?
If you miss any fighter, then you will lose your number and someone else will have the opportunity to have your number. In other words, you will no longer be in the Cageside Club.
4. Can I be waitlisted for a particular number that is currently taken?
Yes. Just let us know what number that you’d like and you will have the first opportunity to take it if/when it becomes available.
5. What If the specific numbered bobblehead breaks?
Sometimes breakage happens, and it will be handled on a case by case basis. If the bobblehead is unrepairable, then you will receive the next available (and lowest numbered) bobblehead.
6. Can I be in the Cageside Club for NON AUTOGRAPHED bobbleheads?
No. This is a service for autographed bobbleheads ONLY.
7. When will you charge my card for payment?
All charges will be Made through an invoice that will be sent to you before anyone else. You will also receive your order before everyone else as well. You will be treated like a “VIP”
8. Is this a month to month subscription? How often will you come out with a new bobblehead?
This is NOT a month to month subscription. I generally will release a new bobblehead every 2-3 months.
9. Where do I sign up?
COMING SOON... There will be an ongoing list of available numbers in the Cageside Club tab located on the home page. Make sure that you email us for any updates to the available numbers.
